Do I need an account?
Eligible gifts can be created as a guest. An optional account keeps purchases, credits and gift management together across devices. Recipients open the gift link without signing in.
When do I pay?
Create and preview before paying. The current offer shows the price and required capabilities before purchase. Orders preserve purchases and credits; a refund can revoke granted capabilities or credits. Keep guest purchase recovery links private.
How long do links remain available?
Access duration depends on the product and entitlement. Temporary Basic gifts normally last 7 days; scheduled gifts are protected until release, when their retention clock starts. Free PDF letter media is hosted for 25 days with a 7-day recovery window; a paid archive lasts one year. A downloaded PDF does not expire, but its audio or video link can. Keep your own important files.
Who can open the gift?
A secure link grants access; it is not end-to-end encryption. Anyone holding it can open or forward the gift. Eligible paid tracking shows meaningful opening, completion, reaction and a short reply when available. Owner preview does not count as a recipient opening.
How do I get help?
For support, privacy or deletion requests: support@hadiyatak.online. Include a gift or order reference, without card details or highly sensitive information.
New eligible free gifts last 7 days. Existing gifts keep their original expiry dates. Paid gifts, books and scheduled gifts keep their separate terms. Check the expiry date of your gift.
How do Gift Plus and Yearly Save differ?
Gift Plus activates one-year saving, opening and interaction tracking, reply access and eligible delivery options for a specific gift. An eligible purchase includes three activations: the purchased gift and credits for two more. Yearly Save provides saving only; its year starts at creation or scheduled release. Your account shows the actual end date. Benefits included by another package do not need another purchase, and previously granted retention is not shortened.
Do I pay again when I have credits?
Check the gift’s benefits and your balance in your account or Track Gift. Use available credit before purchasing again. Tracking already included by Gift Plus or an eligible Premium gift does not consume another credit. Activation belongs to that gift and does not unlock all gifts. Refunds affect the refunded source while independent rights remain.
What is included in a Premium month?
The paid month allows the publication quota shown in your offer during its validity. Opening tracking and reply access are included for eligible gifts published under that right. Month expiry stops new publications; granted tracking remains linked to the gift’s availability. A month does not automatically include annual saving or cancel independently purchased retention.
How do I contact support?
Open the conversation near the footer or in your account. Sending requires a verified account session and email. Messages are stored in a private conversation and notify support by email; an email reply appears in your conversation with an account notification. Message storage and email delivery have separate statuses. Never send passwords or payment card details.
