Hadiytak publishes and operates this service under the user-facing Hadiytak name. These terms govern use of the service and its creation, export, and sharing features.
Using the service
Hadiytak is currently available without a fee or account for creating digital gifts and PDF files. Wedding-invitation creation is temporarily paused. Features, limits or availability may change; any future charge will be disclosed before it applies. Do not rely on the service as permanent storage.
Your content
- You are responsible for messages, names, photos, music and map links, RSVP details and other content you submit, including obtaining the rights and permissions required to use another person's data or image.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative or privacy-invasive content.
- Do not impersonate, deceive, defraud, spam, phish, distribute malware, evade service limits or use the service to harm another person.
- We may restrict access to or remove content that violates these terms, is harmful, or must be removed by law. We do not promise to review every gift or invitation before it is shared.
Ownership and permission to operate the service
You retain your rights in content you create. You grant the service a limited permission to store, process and display it, and to generate the download you request. You confirm that you have rights to uploaded text, photos and other material. YouTube and SoundCloud media and trademarks remain subject to their owners' rights and those services' terms.
Share links and privacy
Gift and invitation links can be opened by anyone who obtains them; they are not protected by an account or end-to-end encryption. You decide who receives a link. A stored gift link expires 25 days after creation: it stops working automatically and its content is queued for removal.
PDF, PNG and third-party services
When you request a PDF or PNG, the browser sends the content to a site server for processing and download. Depending on your choices, the site may also connect to Firebase, YouTube, SoundCloud or a map service. Their terms and policies apply, and their availability or browser rules may affect a feature.
Retention and deletion
Stored gift content and its share link stop working automatically 25 days after creation and are queued for removal. There is no self-service early-deletion control, but you may request earlier deletion through the Contact channel using the link and enough information to verify the request. Content may also be removed sooner for operational, security, legal or policy reasons.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is and as available, and may apply file-size, content-type, browser or provider limits. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, fitness of an export for a particular purpose or continued storage, and we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by a missing copy or a link forwarded to an unintended person. This does not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to any mandatory rules that apply to a user.
