Hadiytak is the service name shown on this website. This policy explains the data we process to operate the tools you choose. No account is required, but names, messages, photos and links you enter may be personal data about you or someone else. Only submit data you have the right to use.
Hadiytak publishes and operates this service under the user-facing Hadiytak name. Privacy and data requests are received at support@hadiyatak.online.
Data we process
- Digital gifts: recipient name, greeting, message, sign-off or sender name, design choices, an optional photo, and an optional YouTube or SoundCloud link and start time.
- Wedding invitations: names, title, date, time, venue, map link, RSVP contact, welcome message, quote, dress code and an optional photo.
- PDF and PNG exports: the message or invitation text, names, design settings, optional photo and QR information you provide when requesting a file.
- Technical data: IP address, request, browser and device information, and error or security logs that may be processed by our hosting and service providers. We do not require an account, phone number or email address to use the creation tools.
Local drafts on your device
To keep work while you move between creation steps, the site may store a draft such as a name, message, design choice or image in your browser's session storage. This stays in that browser and is not sent to our servers merely because it is a draft. It normally ends with the browser session; if the session remains open, the app treats an unused draft as expired after 24 hours, or after seven days for a celebration draft.
Why we process data
We process data to carry out the action you request: save and display a gift or invitation, create a downloadable file, play an optional music link, secure the service, diagnose faults and prevent abuse. Processing is based on providing the service you requested, your optional choices, our legitimate interest in operating a secure service, and legal obligations where applicable.
Stored gifts, invitations and share links
Shareable gift and wedding-invitation content, including optional images, is stored using Google Firebase so the link works. A link is not end-to-end encryption or account-restricted access: anyone who obtains it can open the content. We do not intentionally list these links for search indexing, but we cannot stop a recipient from forwarding one. Do not put highly sensitive information in a shared link.
How PDF and PNG files are created
When you request a PDF or PNG download, your browser sends the letter or invitation data and any optional image to a same-site server endpoint, which formats the file and returns it for download. The file is not created solely on your device. A PDF request is not automatically stored as a Firebase gift, but temporary runtime copies may exist during processing and the hosting provider may retain technical logs under its settings and policies.
Providers and external content
We use Google Firebase for database and storage services and a hosting provider to serve the site and process exports. If you add a YouTube or SoundCloud link or open a map link, your browser contacts that external service, which may receive your IP address, device and request data under its own policy. Providers may process data in other countries depending on their infrastructure.
Google advertising and cookies
This site includes Google AdSense code and may show Google ads. When an ad is served, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP address, browser, device and request information to deliver, limit, measure and, where permitted, personalize advertising under their own policies and settings.
How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
Sharing and sale
We do not sell your message content. Data is disclosed to providers as needed to operate the service, to people with whom you share a link, or where disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect users and the service. We do not use message content to target advertising.
Retention and deletion
Stored gifts remain available for 25 days from creation. At the end of that period, access rules prevent the link from opening the gift again, and the content is queued for removal through the service's clean-up process. Wedding invitations are a separate, currently paused feature and are not covered by the gift-retention period. Export data is processed to produce the download and is not automatically added to the gift database, while temporary copies and technical logs follow the server and hosting provider's operational lifecycle.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and reasonable technical limits, but no online service is completely secure. Keep your own copy of important files and do not use Hadiytak to store secrets, financial or health information, identity documents, or other content that requires restricted access.
Your choices and rights
You may request information, access, correction, deletion or objection where applicable law provides those rights. Because there are no user accounts, we need the gift or invitation link and enough information to verify a request. A fixed link may not be editable; creating a replacement or deleting the old link may be the available option. Privacy requests are received at support@hadiyatak.online, and processing time varies with the request and the verification required.
Children
The service is intended for a general audience and does not target children. A parent, guardian or adult user should not enter a child's data or photo without an appropriate legal basis and permission.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when the service, its providers or legal requirements change. We will change the date at the top of this page. Review the current version before submitting new content.
